I've stated, along with others, that all minorities are underrepresented in the media. With Arabs, it's probably the worst, tho, and it's extremely sad.

Having said that, even though we have Beyoncé, her talent is always downplayed. You don't even have to step outside ATRL to see that. Our main problem is that we always get the same **** unless you've been in the industry for awhile. I feel for you, tho.

I wish everyone had a chance to shine.

Well, being white myself I didn't notice anything not 'normal' while watching all of those movies / series... But when I watched that SNL promo clip and I tried to recall black characters from Harry Potter... That's when I really realized it. I was kinda shocked tbh
