I didn't realize you could just categorize an entire group of people into one statement. I never say "It's a Miracle! It must have been god!".

The kids are definitely at no fault which is the incredibly sad part of the equation. They suffer at the past expense of others. I do not know the workings of a being as perplexing as God so I can't give you a definitive correct answer to your question. I would assume that this would all stem back to the simple statement that "God makes everyone for a purpose", but then I see those children dying everyday and I just die inside. I'm sure that every one of those children served a purpose in this world before they died. That's just what I believe.
