Didn't say its good xD In my opinion, yeah CD's cost too much, especially for people not from Asia. But in fact...korean aren't that expensive as japanese are :/

Soribada was legal in the US for a while but now most tracks were blocked since it was operating without paying the artists or labels. We can't even get paid download sites for kpop right -_-
