I don't get the hate for hair. The song slays and even more acoustically. The video could very cute, commercial and at the same time very Gaga. Just imagine the video, a very young Gaga fighting with her parents about whatever cool adolescence looks she trying to go for.. Then shes leave to go to her room with her pink hair or w/e hairstyle/outfits she wearing at the time. Go to sleep, her mom walks into her room cutting her hair while she's asleep. She wakes up to her hair on the floor and some weird 90's conservative cut and starts singing. While the rest of the video could have her going to school, hanging out with her friends at parties or w.e. singing about why she can't be herself. It could be a huge hit.

Hair could be a moderate hit as well, and it's definitely mainstream radio-friendly enough to sell. I worry that it would be taken as cheesy though, and not a great single to finish off this album, especially if she does try to make a video of her being a teenager and fighting her parents about her hair and stuff like that. I honestly think the public has seen enough of the preachy love-yourself Gaga, as much as I love the song and love it's message. It's been performed many, many times already and artistically speaking I don't know if it would be a great lead-in into her next album.

She's took enough risk. Besides people are always excepting some 2 hour outlandish and weird film by Gaga. Her doing this be a huge surprise to some of her nay-Sayers. The public loves fun Gaga. The song could be a top 10 hit and maybe even #1. and nothing Gaga does is generic.
