You make it sound like people are protesting at her hideout hotel and coming for her with torches. It's not even that serious. She's going to come back next era and slay the pants off the music industry. And if she doesn't.......... then if her music is still good I'll gladly stick by her decision.

If she is smart she can turn this around and actually use it to her advantage to make a statement and silence her doubters for good: I overcame this and I'm still standing. It will take great finesse though, something she's lacked all era, so we'll see.

Perhaps she needs a more executive decision on what to do with this. Something approved by the label rather than a comment fashioned by one of the 'Haus'...

I agree. There's nothing wrong with giving unknown DJ's a face or a platform to stand but she should also work with people who are big as well. I think she feels like if she does, she's using them for fame. A lot of other artist feel that way too. I know Janelle Monae and a few other indies have expressed that too. She needs to get over that tbh.

Well sometimes the charts and sales are important. As we saw, MTN died early, didn't hit Top 10, and struggled on ITunes, officially ending the BTW era... If Gaga still wants to be signed to a record label, she still has to produce hits to be kept.. They will not keep a non-selling nobody, even tho I know she will never become a nobody, she was the worlds #1 important person last year for gods sake... But still, I don't mind a few non-top 10 singles, but she needs a couple Top 10 / 5 / 3 hits to stay in the game..
