I personally loved the Circus era, but IUSA was just a bad concept.
They could have done way better. The director for Radar failed to deliver.
But overall Britney was on point.

We really did, sis. Britney's body was on point, she gave us promo, good performances....Circus was a solid album and Britney showed that she was involved with her music. The Womanizer+Circus music videos were on point and the entire Circus concept was cute.

The era had it's rocky moments though

The single choices were messy. IUSA and Radar? How about UY and Kill The Lights?

And the fact that she was working with Candie's and putting out those weird overly photoshopped shoots wasn't good at all.

Agreed. Scrap IUSA.

Shattered Glass and Unusual You would have made perfect singles. Radar could have been the 5th single with a cartoon video.



And true, Britney looked so overly polished in many of those pictures. She looked like she was made of plastic.

I used to think Circus era was kind of a mess. Until FF era. Now Circus seems flawless. IUSA needed to be a single, the song is awesome. Radar was a mess, they should've gone with Unusual You, Kill The Lights, or even Amnesia or Lace and Leather.

I think the videos for the FF era were better, but the Circus era did have good videos. If only Unusual You was released...

I think ISUA was a good single choice. It created some controversy and gave all the stans a cute way to name themselves on websites. I do agree that UY should have been released though, especially over Radar, which had lost its appeal as a single when they didn't release it during the Blackout era.

And the polarizing Candie's pics are hot.
