Yes we can use gif as avatars. I don't know how to make them but I can re-size them. The standard size is 125 x 125 length and width. You can look around and find a better Gaga photo and I can re-size it for you. Or you can can request a avi in the gif request thread (http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=135433&page=148) from any Gaga video of your choosing. The clip can be up to about 12 sec. long.
