Remember y'all, the certifications are based off shipments, not sales, so the album went gold a few weeks ago. But almost half a million in sales just from Mr. Know It All (such a flop!) is fantastic! If we get even two more hits out of this album, we will easily pass AIEW and don't call me crazy but I can see this album going 2x platinum.
Daughtry, Break the Spell (58,000, +49%, 299,000) (#21 BB200)
Wow, I'm pretty sure he had has last opening week around those numbers. Shows the effect of the first single. Had WDKY been released I honestly think Kelly could of been around 600 - 700K

Just no, I remember you saying that about Mr. Know It All

Have you seen the effect of Christmas sales? You can easily sell 100K running into Christmas with a successful single. She sold what 40K this week, off a mediocre single which was released almost four months ago. Added to that Stronger would of been popular amongst the HAC & pop audience, which I think would of led to good presents translation.
What? hahah Just Can't Get Enough was released at the end of February, I Wanna Go was released in June, and S&M...ok it was released in January I believe, but considering the success of ALL of these songs worldwide, I think it's interesting to see MKIA peak higher on airplay.
