This, and that Selena is actually a smart girl. She has kept her reputation clean, she knows what type of music suits her voice and this generation, and even though she's not the best singer, she actually exploits the softness of her voice and use it in songs that can become instant classics. She's basically (NOT COMPARING) like Britney. Her vocals aren't spectacular, but her tone is different and good enough to make a song smash!
