Can't Be Tamed is such a flawless album!!
HWR messed everything up, as usual.
I can't wait for new music from Miley but from what I'm hearing Hollywood Records is holding her hostage because they don't approve of the music she's been making since it's CBT-esque and the last album that was more mature didn't do so well.

They should realize that the album not doing well was their fault.

Agreed!! But as a fan, I've been through this before. JOJO's label held her back for 5 years.
For Miley's sake, I hope she just releases music that's a little bit more young and light just so it can be released since this is her last album contracted with HWR. Then she can go to a new label!!

Don't get me wrong, I love her earlier stuff with Hannah Montana, it was my guilty pleasure when I was younger and made me a stan of Miley, but I want her to evolve as an artist and don't stuck up in the disney brand. So I think CBT was a good move and she needs to release a new album next year to build up on that, before being forgotten by the general public.

CBT was a good move, it's just HWR aren't here for "grown-up Miley", they want her to make songs like 7 Things and stuff like that so they can be more sure of it. But if Miley did that she would be forever looked upon as a little girl. She's going to be 20 next year, she can't be Hannah Montana forever.

Exactly. Demi Lovato already did it, in a more clever way with Skyscraper. It was a decidedly more mature direction and she didn't lose her younger fans with it. Miley lost many fans with Can't Be Tamed, because of her over-sexualized image and club-banger friendly tunes. So the next year is going to be an important one for Miley. She has two new movies out and she'll probably release a new album too.
