Rihanna made people back away with her Rated R era and then she came back and smashed it with Loud, we all know that if Gaga comes back on her next album and gives the public what they want, which has already been confirmed by an Interscope insider who is reliable, Gaga will be snatching weaves with her next era which is likely to being next Fall
I really want Gaga to go back to TF/M, but for some reason I doubt she will. I don't think she cares that much about commercial performance.
People are so bothered by Katy's success. It's pathetic. First of all, no one's forcing the public to buy her songs -- whether they're discounted or not. People CHOOSE to purchase her songs. Why would anyone spend $0.69 on a song they don't like? So, to discredit her chart success because of remixes/discounts is stupid. I hate Capitol and their tactics to snatch #1's, too, but hey, it's part of their marketing strategy and it's clearly working.
HA! You Katy Cats should be the pressed ones. At least I can regularly watch my fave perform her latest single on various different occasions and enjoy her huge cultural impact. I'm only pressed that someone as undeserving and lazy as KP could break MJs WELL deserved record.

Any who part of being a pop star is knowing what the public wants Katy has that. She deserves her success not all of it but a big chunk of it. She didn't release an experimental album she played it safe which brought her all of her digital sales.
