Sis that's a long ways off. We're only hitting the plastic certificate next week.

Oh, and above all, she needs to find her DeLorean and travel back to 2011. No more Madonna, Cher, Springsteen, Elton, at least for a while. No more '70s and '80s. She needs to sound modern.
Guess what, pop radio doesn't play Madonna, Cher, Springsteen and Elton.
Beyonce needs to do the same. I guess at the end of the Telephone video, they both rode off into 1978.

IMO she should opt for a total change of pace from BTW and do songs like OOC and Reloaded (but better, single-worthy, killer versions of those songs). Drastically changing her style is what she loves to do anyway, so it wouldn't feel disingenuous, and she needs to regain her cool factor. She's probably the only major white popstar who can pull off those types of songs, so she'd be playing to her strengths and it wouldn't feel forced, as long as she doesn't go too far.
Katy is cute and everyone finds her likable, but she's not really cool. Pink cotton candy isn't cool. Same for Britney. No one takes Ke$ha seriously. Rihanna is the cool one. But a white girl who is cool and appeals to everyone and smashes every radio format holds infinitely more power than her black counterpart. Call it racist, but it's the truth
I didn't like it as much as JD, but the opening of the video is still the best moment in a Lady Gaga video.

I actually agree. I must be dreaming. A lot of her unreleased music has the absolute ability to smash and blow everyone away, and I hope she knows that and takes that into account next era.

As Nyx said, she needs to remember what made her famous. She may be giving big speeches at gay rights rallies and discussing bullying with the President, but it wasn't songs like BTW and The Queen that gave her the profile to do so.
I love the album, but it isn't what the public wants. Certainly having songs like those on BTW is fine (look at Katy Perry with Firework), but she needs to find the right balance.

Hell, she could just put a bunch of her unreleased tracks on an album and it would smash.

Y'all are selling Garilegendbay short. He has the ability to make music people want. The "problem" is Gaga. Remember, she co-produces everything.

It's hard for me to be like, "Stop empowering people and make ****ty songs" because it makes me feel selfish, you know? No matter what, I think helping people is and will always be better than a number one record. I understand, though. I get the want for more radio-friendly songs. I'm on that boat as well... sometimes.
