As a straight male, I can say lesbians turn me on, and gay people don't turn me on.

I personally don't hate gay people. Although I do know a few guys who say bad things about gay people sometimes. I don't think they ACTUALLY hate gay people, but I think they just say those things to look more masculine infront of other guys. Your post was all true right until this paragraph. The Arabic language is very different from English.

Let me try to explain this...

The words Them and You are generally used for men only. There are other words in Arabic where you can speak to women. Qura'an uses the words Them and You, for the males, but is generally speaking to both sexes, because by Qura'ans prespective, men and women are equal. Thus, foreigners always mistake the Qura'an as if it's only speaking to men, because after translation, there's only one them in English (and most other languages), when in reality it's speaking to both sexes.

So Qura'an forbid homosexuality overall. Not just for gays.

To add to my answer, I can't deny that the fact that girl on girl action is appealing to a lot more people than guy on guy action.

Also, have anyone felt that it's more "okay" for two hot guys (or good looking) to makeout than 2 average guys. I mean, if you're not good looking, it's gonna be even harder for you to be accepted as gay. Am I the only one having this feeling?

Ah! Thanks for the point. I read it in a French translation, so yeah it was making it seem like it was more directed to males than females!

But, if I'm not wrong, doesn't the Bible also say something like "men should not lay down in bed with other men like they do with their wives?" Something like that, which points out more gay guys than lesbians.

But that is just the likeability factor. I know a bi-sexual dude, HOT and full of swagger. Guys just accept who he is because he has the likeability factor. He has more straight friends then gay friends.

Where I live Lesbians are hated just as much as gays, but the difference is they are allowed to be out in the open. I mean one of my friends brought her girl friend to prom. She got looks and people were talking, but no one really made a ruckus. Had it been two oh THAT would have been a mess.
