They're being too obsessive about this, honestly. These tactics can be helpful if they're at least a slight bit subtle; OG was really close to the #1, and no one remembers that it was discounted to 0.99 for a single week. On the other hand, all kinds of media are starting to talk about Katy's and Capitol's shenanigans, and it does not make them look good.

They will remember Katy having 6 1's from one album...Stop ********ing...Not like a remix is not a common thing.

I don't see how B.o.B will work in that remix but it could help the song get even more airplay and with digital increase they could def' do the trick.
