S&M is her best song so please, let's stop this nonsense. The song represents everything Rihanna is, monstrous production, bold lyrics and aggressive vocals. Silence, I can't tolerate slander of this pop masterpiece.

I agree that its generic, but it doesn't necessarily lack depth. Rihanna has always been criticised for being hyper-sexual, and so this song is just a big "**** you" to the media/haters. The video made the song even more amazing, since it brought the message to life.
I love Urbanna more than her other material, too, but I can't believe you don't use RL.

I can't believe how many lies I've read tonight. RS101 is full of confidence, the production is awesome (Slash did a really good job on the guitar) and the video is one of her best.

I think the new music we will be getting next year is a couple of songs for the Battleship soundtrack and tracks on which Rihanna features. Rihanna had way too much on her plate this year, I think (and hope) she has learned that putting an album out every year is way too much for her... in saying that, she's not touring next year, so she might feel like she can handle another album.
