Billboard has their own tracking period, its from Nov to Nov. or smthn along those lines.

I really don't care about that. I just informed you that Talk That Talk sales was not included into Rihanna's year-end tally, since you mentioned she released two. You can bicker about Billboard's analysis to someone else.

EDIT: Also Billboard's tracking is December to November, meaning Loud got it's entire chart run counted, while Katy's does not include it's sales from September, October, November 2010 (obviously). Maybe those 300k+ difference in album sales weigh more than everything else. Either way, Billboard didn't make a mistake.

Yes I know... I am not trying to discredit Rihanna. Just stating that she had an advantage because she had a whole era and part of one. Katy only had about an 1/2 and era.
