She suggested 9 singles, and I was originally all for it, but now I think if the 5th single from the album, which I thought was the biggest-smash-waiting-to-happen from the album, isn't doing that great I think 1 more single at maximum and then a Video Anthology.

If Marry the Night hits top 10, I will be happy.

How many times has she performed it? It'd be different if she hadn't performed it and the video wasn't released, but she has and it is.

Born This Way isn't built to sustain successful singles like The Fame/Fame Monster was. Nothing remaining on that album is a mainstream radio hit, which sucks since the 2 best songs - HML, and Scheiße are still single-less. If Marry the Night isn't doing well, nothing else on the CD will.

The only songs radio would touch are Bad Kids and Hair...but 85% of Monsters think those two songs are too basic to be released.

If Gaga EVER discounted/remixed her singles I would lose SO much respect for her. It is not about number ones, if it doesn't do well on it's own, leave it alone.

But I would hope that Gaga would have too much grace + dignity to do something like that.
