Your naming a select few countries. Cheers is already multi-platinum in Australia and charted in the Top 10 in the US, NZ, CA, and AU. It was far from her biggest hit, but it wasn't on the bottom with the flops. Perhaps it was on the lower end of the spectrum, but it was not "flop" low.

Since when Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the US are in Europe? I was talking about Europe only. It's a big music market and Cheers underperformed => flop.

They aren't. But when were discussing flops, were talking about overall poor performance. UK is a big market, but the US is bigger and Canada and Australia aren't small either. Underperformed there, but overall it did not.
