I just gotta say Selena has a very strong and stable fan base tha is growing a lot.
Both Selena and her fan base get so much hate, especially from the other Disney girl fan bases but I think because we know Selena has learned to deal with it we have too. Other fan bases try and put words in our mouths and act like we think Selena is an amazing vocalist, but truth is we know her limits and respect them. And I think because we're really there for her and supporting that much, even if she took a long break from music we would still welcome her return like she never left.
I think her exposure this year definitely helped her fan base grow and it seems lots of people have stopped hating. This year has definitely been her best yet and I hope next year is even better

No lies were told.  I also hope next year is even better than this one. I'm trully proud of this girl and all of her achievments.

OMG, THIS! They always act as if we go around saying that Selena is an amazing singer and a better singer than their fave. It's soo annoying.
No one ever said Selena is an amazing vocalist, we know that because were not delusional. At least I'm not.

This, we know her capabilities but we still love her, I'm happy she is how she is, and she is an amazing person to stan for, and I'm proud to stan for her. I know she will continue to have an amazing career. I think the other fan bases feel threatened by Selena, when there is room for all of them .

the hate she gets just makes her even more lovable. but who could hate that face?

Yeah, but it's the same for Demi and the Lovatics. I guess it's just a new thing that fanbases get in fights and dislike the other artists and fanbases more and more and more.
I get your point, and I think you're right, Selena's fanbase is not what it used to be, it's way bigger and more supportive now, i think

Yup, exactly. The girl works her ass off and for that alone she gets my respect. Plus she seems smart as **** and articulate and just generally a well-rounded person. And anyways she's recorded some ****ing great pop songs. I think if she had more confidence on stage she'd be even more succesfull. <3

I'd want to know too. Demi is hardly the one who gets most hate out of them all, most people don't even know who she is or praise her for her stay-strong/stay healthy (while I smoke, shh)/stay sober/love your curves campaigns.
MILEY gets more **** for not wearing a bra than Demi ever does for anything. And not on ONE site but all over the damn web. From people to tmz to ontd. There really is no contest. Even Demi's "racy" pics didn't stay a headline for more than an hour or two.
