It's not like she's going to win anyways, especially with Adele and GaGa being there.

I agree. A total joke. It's like Katy's noms last year.

At this point, we as fans know that in the world of pop music, Britney Spears is miles above her contemporaries. Her music is always on a different level, and that's clear. I am at peace with her never receiving another nomination at any awards ceremony. Her legacy won't be made of awards, it will be based on the unforgettable and unignorable impact she has made on the music industry. Britney Spears will only truly be appreciated, when she is no longer here -- and that's sad.

I'm assuming public = album sales for you? That's where the hits that were thrown in there come in. A good album is one where almost every track could be a single, and you don't have to skip around when you listen to it in full. "Loud" is not that.
And as for the Grammy's, their credibility lowers with every year that passes.

Last year Alicia Keys was snubbed and this time King B, I seriously think Grammy is losing it. So sad that they don't want their girls anymore.

I was gonna say something, but I'd rather wait for Grammy night for the massive dragging they will get.

As a whole album, as a whole concept BTW is better. I think while voting for ADELE in the other two categories, they will more likely to vote for BTW in the AOTY one. and I never think 21 is good as a whole. It will be a quite boring night if ADELE wins all 3. Grammy still wants high ratings.

and BTW is?

Record Of The Year: Firework - Katy Perry
Album Of The Year: Rihanna - Loud
Best Pop Solo Performance: Katy Perry - Firework/Pink - ****ing Perfect
Best Pop Duo/Group Performance: Maroon 5 & Christina Aguilera - Moves Like Jagger
Best Pop Vocal Album: Rihanna - Loud
Britney snubbed as per usual as Beyoncé snubbed almost everywhere. I guess it was Mathew or the success after all.

How the **** did Loud get nominated, but MBDTF was overlooked and 4 got virtually nothing? What the hell are the Grammy voters on this year? This is as equally ridiculous as Teenage Dream getting an AOTY nod last year and The ArchAndroid being snubbed.
