From what I've gathered, most stations don't manually go through online requests. I think lot of it is automated. The only time DJs get pissed is when they occasionally go through their mentions on Twitter. 'MTN' being #1 two weeks in a row and still only receiving two or so plays a day is pathetic and sad. I have absolutely no idea why they're not playing it more and I hate to be a conspiracy theorist.
Then again, KIIS and Z100, while some of the biggest, aren't the only stations that exist. It seems as if a lot of stations are spinning it ATM, so I guess it's fine.
). This became even clearer tonight when I heard Just Dance on the radio for the first time in a long time and it sounded like such a pop/rhythmic smash.
