I was actually about to write a huge post about how amazing and groundbreaking the record was, and I was bout to mention some tracks. But then I heard Where Have You Been.
The only songs on Rated R that are not better than "Where Have You Been" are "Wait Your Turn", "Stupid in Love", and "Photographs". WHYB is so over-rated on here, it isn't really "progressive", the breakdowns sound like something BEP or LMFAO would try to create. I'm not saying I don't like the song, or the breakdowns, but the song is not all that.
