Just listened to Dance in the Dark for the first time in weeks. Such a beautiful song. Sometimes I think it should've gotten single treatment, but I think that would've almost ruined the song for me. I like to think of it as a perfect hidden gem on The Fame Monster. Even if it wasn't a single, it personifies that EP and that era for me: dark, fierce, and flawless.
