How common are standing ovations at big awards shows?
There are usually maybe 2 or at the most 3 at big award shows. I'm pretty sure Kelly was one of two that night. Maybe 3, I think Whitney Houston performed that year so she got an automatic standing O even though she sounded horrible. lol
