How is it performance promo when there is no performance? That makes no sense. Did she have video promo? Yes, but she hasn't had a US performance yet, plus it is the sixth single, off the same album. You all act like it is a shock she isn't in the Top 10, when it is a shock she is in the Top 15 with such conditions.
