It doesn't need the hype. She needs to "Bad Romance" us and suddenly slay with a video, then have everything explode.

I Agree. I hope the radio will pick up more before an video is released.
for singles after album, video is the most important promotion tool.
She should keep it for later usage, but not too late. After the heavy promotion "Gaga thanksgiving" will be best.
