What receipts? you are lying, Beyoncé has sold MAX over 30 million albums, stop inflating
Janet almost 70 million (US wise)
and Destiny's Child =/= Beyoncé. Don't put their sales together.
Beyoncé had those weeks at #1 in a very dark age in the Hot 100, all based on airplay.
Janet still had the double of #1 singles and more top 10 hits and that's all that counts. Hell it's unfair to compare since when Janet came hard Billboard had different rules before the Nielsen/Soundscan Era.
