I think the video is going to tell the story of how Stefani become Lady GaGa. Her twitter post says "It's not that I've been dishonest, it's just that I loathe reality." That's clearly her explaining that she puts on the Lady GaGa front because it's better than the real world (and honestly, who can blame her?)
