I bet Rih didn't even record that Rusko track, it's only 1 of a few hundred demos that were submitted to Rihanna for TTT, that's why Rusko only had the song with the vocals of the demo singer. I love that song but if it doesn't make it I won't be mad about it since Saxon made it
