She had a one on one private conersation withthe judge. By law, she is required to undergo court evaluations and medical evalutions, probably monthly. Its even required by her custody agreement. She only has, per the law, visitation rights...even without the conservatorship she would be required to be evaluated, because of her only having visitation.
I don't know the specifics of her arrangements as her files are sealed, but those are basic requirements of anyone under conservatorships. Conservatorships are designed to help people ,courts would not allow a person's basic human rights to be ignored. They aren't just going to allow it to run without supervision.
I'm tired of everyone making her some victim, they dont have her chained up where she cannot speak on her own, if Britney is being used she has the capicity, per the law, to ask for seperate representation and re-enter her conservatorship for re-evaluation. Conservatorships aren't ironclade.
