No. It was originally on Loud, but then end of October 2010 it was taken off the tracklist. It's meant to be right after Raining Men, according to all the listening parties for Loud in September/October 2010.
The reason is sketchy, but I read it was because the song was originally a single, then they ditched it, but the Doritos video leaked and the song was getting a lot of hype in Europe, which would have meant Team Rihanna needed to make it a single and then would need to pay for the promo and then share the song's profits with Guetta.
They didn't want that, so they had to cut the track, and Guetta got it exclusively. Which is good, because let's be honest, he should have sued her for Only Girl using his signature beats without permission.
Retrospectively, they should have just kept Who's That Chick and paid for the damn promo. It would have been bigger than S&M.
