I see where you coming from and I kinda agree. If she promoted her albums they could be 2 times bigger than they already are or so. Loud would have crossed the 2 million mark in US if she promoted it more. But you act like you already know that she won't promote Talk That Talk, she won't be able to promote it for one month but when the Loud Tour is done she has plenty of time to do so, let's wait and see.
All of these are excellent points and I actually can't find a fault in here. This makes so much sense.
