Can you believe the release is only 3 weeks away? I have no idea why I'm so excited for new music it's not like Loud was released too long ago but the fact that she has writing credits on the album gets me more and more excited

It's almost like Rihanna and the label alternate in leading the eras. With Rated R, Rihanna was calling the shots. She did it how she wanted to do it. With Loud, it was up to the label to get the 'happy', 'fun' Rihanna out into the public again, and so therefore the album came really quickly. It looks like Rihanna has her control back (writing credits, theme etc) and so now Rihanna is rush-releasing the album to be put in the public again how she wants to be viewed. Her tweet to the fan where she said "ewww" in reference to Talk That Talk sounding like Loud kinda proves that she wants L over and done with.

I really couldn't have said it beter, and I think this time it will work more for the general public than "Rated R" did

13 is a random number for "counting down" an album... I think that the standard will have 13 songs.

I still don't think there will be a push back...
But the push back would also bring some positives:
- TTT would get better peak on BB 200, maybe number 1
- the album would be less rushed
- WFL would have more time to smash before the second single and rest of the album comes
- They would be able to release the 2nd single before the album (it could debut really high + it would gain more TTT buyers)

I really think they should release the 2nd single before the album - just to make people see that there won't be only dance songs (like WFL) on TTT
For example Avril only released "What The Hell" before the album - song that absolutely doesn't represent Goodbye Lullaby - and look how bad it turned out. GL flopped. But there were also other factors and Avril is not Rihanna.
