Here's what I think,
I think anyone who dies in that house lives forever sort of speak. Maybe some curse by the doctor who built the house. Everyone who is dead hasn't been seen out of the house either. Taint, Moira and co are all dead.
The Mongol and Constant are not dead. Well... Addie just died, her mom purposely dragged her body up to "the house". I think we're going to see more of Addie(thank god, I love her). So we know the dead aren't seen anywhere else but in the house. On Halloween the dead are free to roam. I thinking the gimp is the doctor(the original owner). Some "old nasty" looking thing lives down in the basement, I'm also guessing that the "baby" the doctor put back together is that thing.
So much going on and I'm happy I'm not lost yet.
