Anyway, imo, they should release it around the time of the EMA's so she has the performance and the video as promo in Europe at the same time. It might mess up the US chart run a little bit but I don't care.

Well, Government Hooker is much more like an interlude song to me. A crazy one. An amazing one.
I don't think it's single-worthy but it's absolutely video-worthy.
