Sure, Lady Gaga lives in the world of costume-ready couture and her looks may influence underworld style, but she doesn't impact everyday fashion the way Madonna did and Rihanna currently does. How many girls did you see rocking red hair after Rihanna dyed hers? It's probably about as many as started wearing lacy gloves and hair bows (yes, Gaga we're looking at you!) after Madonna did it.

ofcourse it's been done before...no one said she invented the red hair look but it certainly wasn't 'being done' or the it thing to do at the time so you can't deny she set the trend. Just as she set a trend with the bob and had girls everywhere rockin the short due and ofcourse it wasn't the first time anyone chopped off their hair. If you have to be an innovator to be considered a trend setter then neither Rihanna, Gaga or Modanna are trendsetters
