She wrote it.

Hands down the best bonus track, probably on par with “He About To Lose Me.” Fantastic. It's just so Britney. Maneater-esque and very playful. It more than well fits the album’s theme since it’s very femme fatalesque unlike some tracks on the regular edition. Should’ve made the cut.

I despised it at first. I loved the version she performed at Billboard awards and I started liking it. After playing that video so many times, I’ve grown to love it. It was a bad first single though; it didn’t represent the album’s vibe at all.
