Bieber's fanbase is in school right now so I wouldn't be surprised if he started gaining in a few hours.
I'm sure he will gain some, but I still don't think his power is that big. Most songs that shoot up that quickly do not start decreasing that quickly. And if he only increases during the afternoon/evening hours, that won't be enough to do big numbers first week. I wouldn't be surprised if he does only 260k.

260K isnt enough big for you as first week sales from an artist, whose fanbase is almost just the girls between 12-16.... and he gets so many hate...
