I think there are some.MTV Latin threads where members only speak Spanish. And I don't see why y'all so bothered by them. Most of them are learning and improving their English by.reading and practicing.

Anyone who flat-out doesn't speak English wouldn't join, it is very clearly primarily an English site although quite a few members are bi-lingual. Some of the people who don't speak English as a first language make more sense than those who do tbh

Yeah but there are times when people literally make no sense due to wrong tenses or whatever. To be honest the user I find it hardest to interpret is English speaking, at least I think so...didn't use to though.

this is true, like if it makes no sense at all then yes i would point it out too. But I don't think people should give a crap about there, "you mean "their". Pretty sure they understoood. But yes if it makes it impossible to read I understand, but if it just sounds sloppy just leave it. There's other forms where slang isn't aloud - go their.

Well there are different spelling for a reason, if someone is here to improve their English they shouldn't mind if someone politely corrects them and if someone who learnt English as their first language can't tell the difference between there, they're and their then they should probably go back to Elementary school. There is a difference between making a little mistake now and then and making yourself look stupid and making no sense.

Everyone should make an effort to spell correctly, use the correct grammar and master punctuation. It is a forum, writing is our form of communication and the only way to accurately get your opinion out there is to use good English. No one can be perfect all the time but not making any effort is just stupid.

I think there should be WPs for posts like this

I like this but I honesty dont think its that serious. Most of the members here will try to embarrass the member instead of helping the member.

Ex. They would reply with 'Learn how to spell first' or 'What is this ****??'

And lets not forget other members will probably join in. If English is not a members first language being attack bcuz of it will leave that person insecure and embarrassed.
