Adele
It should be either her or J. Cole who gets #1 next week.

Demi
I thought she'll be doing above 110K
I hope it'll have longevity though. She should release Together now!

As J. Cole makes a play for #1 with Cole World: The Sideline Story, will there be room on the charts for the plethora of independents, including Evidence, Phonte, 9th Wonder, J-Live and Nappy Roots? And if so, where? Stay tuned to HipHopDX to find out.

The album, which features collaborations with his mentor, as well as Trey Songz, Drake and Missy Elliott, has surpassed even label expectations with prospects of a sales total approaching 225-250k its first week. Cole had steadily built a following with a trio of well-received mixtapes, including last year’s Friday Night Lights.

Dang, this database issue ain't no joke. I have to go to the first page just to do a quick post.
Anyway, those are some shocking yet amazing. A few weeks ago I didn't think his buzz was that huge without a big hit. I even thought Blink-182 would mollywhop him up until last week when his album shot up just on pre-orders.
HITS usually over-predict for rap artists. I hope he stays in the 200k+ range. He deserves it. His album is hot.

http://www.billboard.com/#/news/j-cole-s-world-album-headed-for-no-1-on-1005376622.story
Billboard says:
#1 - J. Cole (240-250k)
#2 - blink-182 (140k)
#3/4 - Tony Bennett
#3/4 - Adele
Wilco's new "The Whole Love," Switchfoot's "Vice Verses," Mastodon's "Hunter" and Chickenfoot's "Chickenfoot III" all may see a top 10 bow next week. If Mastodon makes the top 10, it will mark the first visit to the region for the rock band. They've previously gone as high as No. 11, with 2009's "Crack the Skye."

I feel the numbers could have been even bigger with a bigger hit and more promo! I'm hoping Roc Nation has promo for him, so he won't see a big drop.

I absolutely love Mastodon's new album. Good for them. New blink sounds like a Tom DeLonge side project. Very disappointed.
