So much fighting in this thread
It doesn't surprise me at all that Gaga's less commercial album is losing her fans. I am here for the music. The others here for the music seem to be loving the album. Those here for chart positions and sales are finding ways to criticise her in the most thorough fashion.
If you want to stan for an artist with 10 #1s, or 5 #1s for an album, or 10m album sales this year, and you don't care how generic, dull and/or uninspiring the music is, you know where to go.
If you want to stan for an artist who has been releasing music that isn't hugely commercial, but is of a much higher quality than anything else released by any other artist, stay in this thread.
Some are here for music, and some are here for chart success.
I am here for great music. And Lady Gaga provides me with that in copious amounts.

What's funny is that those same people that are here for the charts fail to see the significance of Gaga not leaving the Top 10 in her career yet. They BASH Judas for flopping, but it peaked at 10 - barely the trainwreck it's made out to be. They go on about how the 4 singles from TF are better than the BTW singles, but BTW and TEOG both peaked higher than LG and Paparazzi. Some of them have this warped sense of reality that their opinion is the opinion of the public, but obviously a great deal of the general Top40 population is here for Born This Way.
