Probably due to the fact that it has fewer views. Fewer views would indicate that less people are watching it; so, whoever does is going to influence the numbers a lot more.
So, with some of the songs, the problem is sample size. With just 1 million views, it's harder to get an accurate flow of dislikes/likes. You get a much more accurate number as a higher percent of the population listens/rates (see Judas, etc..)
because they have the lowest views
