it can be whatever....some money problem, she may have rejected something they wanted her to do, that tweet, or they didn't nominate her because she doesn't go to the show.

Rihanna is in Europe during EMA (or isn't she, didnt even check the awards date) so they should do everything to tease her to come. Espacielly cause she deserves it. Rihanna owns Europe. Haters can hate but find me a country that didn't have all of her latest singles in Top 10?
Awards should be about fans. And not some business/money. Fans love Rihanna and if MTV would like to continue to be a main music channel I say they should stop with their high school attitude. Even their gossip blog is mostly filled with Rihanna news.
I think Ri snubbed a date with some MTV exec and now he fights back. It has to be more personal LOL

That was a special case. It was holiday seasons and radios were done playing their yearly countdowns and every song was gaining back all the AI they lost. You'll see it again this year.

Not that I recall. If WMN? gained back more than others it was likely bc WMN? was big on RHY, Urban AND Pop.

The AI peak could have been higher, but WMN only peaked at #4 on Pop (IIRC).
