She's obviously being sarcastic...but I think more to remain mysterious and not deny it. She's OBVIOUSLY hyping something and we know it's coming soon...so if all these fans are Tweeting her about it and not outright denying it...then she's definitely cooking up SOMETHING...especially after that VERY curious and random tweet of that lyric "no teasin...you've waited long enough" last night
