Not really. Many songs wish could do this achievement but they can't.. Although there are many songs that have sold 3 million of copies

not really.. only songs with strong radio support / longetivity / remixes can sell that much.

even BTW sold 3.2m despite strong start. TEOG hasnt pass 2m...even she is gaga.

but, i agree that selling 3m is not such a big deal today. use riri as example. her old hits were having difficulties to cross 3m (exept those collabs + #1s), but now it is becoming easier to sell much more than previous years due to technological advancement - easy access of internet + itunes, but the drawback is illegal downloads are increasing too.

for the following yeaes, we should expect songs to reach 10x platinum. IGAF is closest but i doubt it will. probably RITD

I hope Mr.Know It All can pass 3 million, but as of right now, it doesn't look so good. It's going to be more of a huge radio hit I think. She needs a song like What Doesnt Kill You or I Forgive You that'll sell well because they're more pop-iTunes friendly.

Is not that easy, but it's easier than it used to be a couple of years ago, but it's only for songs that have peaked at #1, #2 or #3 and maybe a #4 with good longevity

The prime example of this would probably be "I'm Yours," which also peaked at #6 but has also sold over 5.5m copies.

I absolutely love Kevin Rudolf. He's an amazing writer too. If you don't like his songs, you have to at least appreciate him for that.
