If all these things are happening, you want to ignore them? K.
Let us also think financially. Case-and-point: cancer has been cured and there's no mention of it because the cure, or at least the treatment, is cheap.

First of all, I don't want to ignore the problems, I want to actually address them as individual problems instead of lumping them all together as "THE ILLUMINATI," which doesn't help everyone and is a collossal waste of time.
You can't solve real problems with fiction.
Are you actually a member of the medical community, by any chance? Or have you talked personally with people involved in cancer research. Because I can tell you know, as someone who's spent hours talking to a professor EXTREMELY involved in cancer research, those stories you see flying around of "CANCER CURED BUT GOVERNMENT WON'T ALLOW IT TO BE RELEASED" is all ********. The reason those cures never go on is because they fail to be replicated by their scientific peers. Science isn't published by the government, it's published through peer review.
The reason it never hits major media is because the scientific community doesn't want to give people false hope, it's unethical. I've been invited to test a vaccine for HIV, but they obviously aren't going to reveal the details to the media until they're sure it really works.
