Why is it so late? Marry You hasn't been confirmed as a single in the US yet, that is why it has not been sent to radio yet. It has been hovering in the top 150 for quite a while though on Pop radio. Few months back it was in the top 100 for a while. It's just a ready made smash, it just needs a small push (video and airplay).

I don't think any song on Doo-Wop can flop tbh. I know that is a pretty big thing to say but every single track could be at leas a moderate hit, even Liquor Store Blues.

Hopefully Count On me or The Other Side will be released as the next single after Marry You. The Hot AC & AC stations already spin it (COM) in the UK quite a lot for no apparent reason.

Perhaps I'm mistaken and it didn't go #1 but very high (#2 or #3), then fell and came back strong. But I remember Glee was disrupting the charts, so it was really like it was still top 10. It fell, just like other songs (I think "Look at Me Now" was one), thanks to "Gleemation."

Performed on X factor, the performance weren't even that good imo, everyone else is raving about it though. This song isn't going to die until after Christmas/start of 2012. It has loads more X factor promo coming up + whenever Adele performs on TV SLY always climbs.
