I forgot to post my inspiration. I tried to recreate it as best as I could. It didn't have a pool or a deck or a foundation though. Call those artistic license.

I make all my bedrooms four by five and one master that is five by five. When I download a house with a big ass room I usually divide into an extra bedroom or a private bath.
Nothing special happened. We bitched about Sim jobs, compared expansion packs, argued over the gender-neutrality over the term "jacking off" and got a few people to buy Sims 3. Nothing special.
