Yeah, she did not save the industry. I appreciate her music & I'm glad that people are buying it like crazy. Happy for her success, but it's not like she died for our sins. (OR had an epic performance...)
It can't be. I mean it's Pink.. Who would vote for her - other than her fanbase? But if she won that award (I think she deserves it tho..) that means MTV is being an asshole again, just like when they were with that best VMA performance poll. Even if you hated the styling, the ideas, the dancing, the intro...hell everything about the BORN THIS WAY video I still maintain it deserved a nomination for cinematography from a technical perspective. It's a really visually stunning looking pop promo. The lighting is amazing.
