I remember one time I was making some girl fix a TV and she got electrocuted and died! It wasn't intentional either but I think it was because she had no handiness experience

What about hot tub death? They're in the hot tub so long they literally catch fire from the heat. Or when they all of a sudden die from a cold. So annoying.

I did this on the original Sims when the social worker came to get my child. She just paced around like a cow grazing in a field until she finally just disappeared. She came back later and I did it again
